What ClearFit provides

ClearFit provides a structured clarity read and follow-up question experience. It is designed to generate reflection and practical insight, not guaranteed outcomes.

Informational use only

ClearFit is for informational and reflective use only. It is not legal, medical, mental health, tax, or financial advice, and should not be treated as a substitute for professional guidance.

Your inputs

You are responsible for providing accurate information, including your birth details, work context, and email address. ClearFit is not responsible for reduced accuracy caused by incomplete or incorrect inputs.

Payments and delivery

Payments are handled through Stripe Checkout. After payment, ClearFit provides access to your clarity read and follow-up features. Delivery is typically immediate but may occasionally be delayed due to processing or technical issues.

Follow-up questions

Clarity reads may include a limited number of follow-up questions. These are intended to support deeper exploration of your report. Availability, limits, and pricing of additional follow-ups may change over time.

No guarantees

ClearFit does not guarantee any specific career, business, or personal outcome. The clarity read is an interpretive product designed to support reflection and decision-making, not to determine outcomes for you.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including:

• Accessing sessions that are not yours
• Interfering with the product or its infrastructure
• Automating excessive or abusive requests
• Reverse engineering or copying the service in a way that violates applicable law

Intellectual property

The ClearFit site, product design, prompts, and report format remain the property of ClearFit. You may use your purchased clarity read for your own personal or internal professional reflection.

Service changes

ClearFit may update, improve, limit, or remove parts of the service over time, especially during MVP and early testing.

Access and availability

Access to your clarity read may be provided via download or secure link. ClearFit may update how access is delivered over time. You are responsible for saving your copy if needed for future reference.

Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, ClearFit is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. If liability is established, it will be limited to the amount you paid for the relevant clarity read.
