Birth details are treated as sensitive input and are used only to power the clarity read and related follow-up experience. We do not sell this information and do not use it for advertising.
Birth-related inputs and derived session data may be stored as part of your session so we can generate your read, restore access, support follow-up questions, and troubleshoot issues if something fails.
Payments are processed by Stripe. ClearFit does not store your full payment card details. Payment processors may collect and store information according to their own policies.
If you purchase a clarity read, we use your email address to send access to it. This may include a secure link to view or download your clarity read, along with follow-up question access.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help operate the product, such as payment, email, hosting, and infrastructure providers.
We retain session and report data for as long as reasonably needed to operate the product, provide access, support follow-up questions, troubleshoot issues, understand product usage, and meet legal or financial obligations.
Retention periods may change as the product evolves. You are responsible for saving your clarity read if you need long-term access.
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we collect, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
